An articulate, qualified and effective language trainer having interactive class experience with students from diverse backgrounds, Shadab holds the potentials and numerous strategies to hone the learners' overall communication skills. Having sound competency over the English language, he is efficient to inculcate communication skills in learners with the help of novel approaches, methodologies, strategies and techniques of learning.

Having experience in teaching in the private school he also knows how to exploit technology in the classroom effectively.

Mr Shadab holds a Master Degree in English Language Teaching (ELT) and also a Bachelor Degree in English Communication. He credits a certificate in TESOL/TEFL from Asian College of Teachers in his profile.

He is pursuing Bachelor of Education(B.Ed) from Aligarh Muslim University Murshidabad Center, West Bengal.

He is the editor of Annual Hall Magazines (2019-2020) titled with Payam-E- Alig Published by AMU Center Murshidabad West Bengal. Apart from co-curricular activities, he has been a representative of the career counselling committee, Department of English, Aligarh Muslim University for the session 2017-18.

Having a versatile personality he is awarded many times in debate competitions and in various speech competitions too.

His area of interests are- public speaking, soft skills, personality development, English communication, philosophy of education, and human psychology.
